APW Wyott SM-50-4D UL Description
The APW SM-50-4D UL drop-in food well keeps foods hot. This piece of equipment has a 4-quart capacity and can accommodate wet or dry foods. The food well is designed for installation in countertops constructed of metal or wood, and to extend its service lifetime and streamline cleaning, the well is made of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its circular-shaped, tubular calrod heat element provides even heat distribution.
To simplify service, the entire heat assembly of the APW SM-50-4D UL drop-in soup warmer is covered with aluminized steel housing and threaded studs. While the inside measures 6 25⁄64 inches in width by 6 1⁄2 inches in diameter, the outside measures 8 25⁄64 inches in width by 8 1⁄8 inches in diameter.
