APW Wyott RW-2V-SP Description
This APW RW-2V-SP food warmer package includes an 11-quart insert pan, hinged lid, ladle, anodized aluminum pot, and stainless steel wrapper to simplify setup. Designed to thaw, rethermalize, and hold creamy soups and sauces, a banded heating element encases this unit for even warming. Operators can select low, medium, and high heat settings, and the thermostat maintains temperatures exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety precautions. To retain generated heat and protect surfaces and interior components from heat damage, this warmer is fully insulated with fiberglass.
The APW RW-2V-SP classic countertop warmer accommodates a circular 11-quart inset pan for high-volume holding. Its stainless steel housing and liner withstand daily use in fast-paced kitchens, resist corrosion and rust, and are simple to wipe clean. This 12 1⁄2-inch-diameter by 8 1⁄2-inch-high unit is sized for countertop use, and because its control panel and cord are built into the back, it can be used in the front of the house. To preserve clean presentation, its raised liner prevents condensation from forming on the exterior, while the included hinged lid protects foods from airborne contaminants.
