The APW RW-1V soup warmer can hold 7 quarts of soup, sauce, or cheese at serving temperatures; food is heated evenly by a band element that wraps around the unit, preventing burn spots. Its thermostatic controls are adjustable, with low, medium, and high settings, and a raised edge around the top helps catch condensation drips so counters stay clean. For countertop and internal component protection, insulation in the soup warmer acts as a barrier that traps heat.
