APW Wyott RCW-7SP Description
Compatible with front- and back-of-house applications, the APW RCW-7SP soup warmer's stainless steel housing and well pan exude a classic look that resists rust and corrosion. This 10 1⁄2-inch-diameter by 10-inch-high unit can be displayed on a countertop and accommodates a circular 7-quart inset, suiting refrigerated soup, stew, and chili. While one side of the included hinged cover can open, the other section can remain closed to protect foods from airborne particulates. For a clean presentation, the unit's raised liner protects the exterior from condensation.
A low-watt density element heats the APW RCW-7SP classic countertop warmer quickly and evenly for optimal thawing, rethermalizing, and holding. Its high-wattage system quickens start-up and recovery times, and users can adjust the thermostatically controlled heat system as hot as 212 degrees Fahrenheit for steam heat production. Built-in fiberglass insulation preserves heat while protecting the countertop and interior parts from heat transfer.
