This APW Wyott HFW-3D 2081 hot food well holds hot buffet items at safe serving temperatures. It can be installed in metal or wooden countertops and holds standard-size steamtable pans. The well is made of deep-drawn stainless steel for durability; its sides and bottom are fully insulated and protected by aluminized outer housing.

For the highest energy efficiency, the APW Wyott HFW-3D 2081 hot food well's tubular heating element is secured by an aluminized deflector shield and is mounted under it. Heat is distributed by the heating element evenly due to its serpentine shape. E-Z locks on all four sides simplify installing the food well. The hot food well includes a removable screen on a 1⁄2-inch NPT drain made of stainless steel that's welded to the pan's bottom.
