Staff members can set the heat intensity with the infinite controls. The serpentine-shaped elements distribute heat across the pan bottom, and insulation in the well's walls reduces heat loss. For durability, the well's interior is made of rust-resistant stainless steel, while the outside is constructed of aluminized metal.
