Dean MF90/80LP Description
The Dean MF90/80LP fryer filter has a stainless steel pan and pump housing that resist bending and breaking. Its pump removes oil from a frypot and then runs it through a filter media and back into the frypot. Filtering oil lengthens its life and removes odor and food particles. Casters help the unit move for filtering. To protect the unit from dust buildup, a cover is included with a hole for the return hose.
