This food server warmer is perfect for caramel, hot fudge or even cheese for such applications as carnivals or concessions when you need to have your food hot and ready to go in a moment's notice. The water reservoir works to heat the two 4 quart inset chambers safely and thoroughly and hold the contents at a consistent temperature as long as you need it. The stainless steel lids atop the insets are hinged as to stay upright during ladling and also feature a rim to collect moisture from steam and return it back to the food when lid is closed. Each compartment has a 500 watt heating element controlled by adjustable precalibrated thermostats ranging from 100 to 200 degrees F. For even further convenience, you can heat frozen items as well and in no time they will be ready to serve!

The twin food server is a water bath warmer cooker constructed of stainless steel with a brushed (#4) finish. Inset and lid assemblies are included. Hinged lids stay upright during ladling and feature a rim that collects moisture and returns it to the food. Insets have a 4-quart capacity each. Power is controlled with individual ON/OFF rocker switches for each food vessel.

Adjustable pre-calibrated thermostats control individual 500 watt heating elements. Temperature settings - marked on thermostat knobs - range from 100 F to 200 F.

Unit heats frozen product to serving temperature and is NSF-listed for re-thermalization.
