Server 81000 Description
The Server 81000 soup warmer can rethermalize and hold soups, stews, chilis, and proteins at warm temperatures for extended periods. A wraparound heating element provides even heat to minimize scorching and food waste. Operators can adjust the thermostat from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and this thermostat senses heat fluctuations and raises or lowers heat accordingly to ensure foods remain at set temperatures.
For low-volume applications, the Server 81000 single-inset soup warmer accommodates 5 quarts. This 7 3⁄4-inch-wide by 8 1⁄2-inch-deep by 14 7⁄8-inch-high unit's stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and dents to preserve its original appearance and can simply be wiped clean between uses. To simplify serving, its hinged lid stays upright when it's opened. This warmer sports a rim that conserves moisture and directs condensation toward food, preserving flavor and quality once the lid is closed.
