Description

The Food Server/Cooker is constructed of stainless steel with a polished finish. Inset and lid assembly included. The lid stays upright during ladling and features a rim that collect moisture and returns it to the food. This water bath warmer/cooker heats frozen product to serving temperature (160° F) and is NSF certified as a re-thermalization unit.

An adjustable pre-calibrated thermostat controls the 500 watt heating element. Temperature settings - marked on thermostat knobs - range from 100° F to 200° F. Power is controlled with an ON/OFF rocker switch.
