The San Jamar CB121812YL Cut-N-Carry® cutting board is constructed of copolymer, which resists grooves from knives without dulling or damaging blades. This material is also warp resistant in high-temperature applications, so it can be washed in commercial dishmachines. A corner hook lets the board be carried, stored, and dried with a reduced risk of contamination, and it works well in a color-coded system since the cutting board comes in yellow.
