Featuring a 5/8 in. steel griddle plate, this commercial griddle is powerful enough to fry a large volume of foods quickly and easily. Utilizing natural gas, this 24-in. griddle heats efficiently and provides you with consistent results every time. The thermostat is adjustable with a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees. The manual controls provide excellent cooking potential for busy venues. The removable drip tray makes clean up easy and the 4-3/8-in. splash guard keeps your walls and other equipment protected and clean. This Toastmaster griddle also has a 3-1/4-in. wide front grease trough that allows you to clear grease and debris from the griddle plate efficiently. The front and top rail are constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The rear and sides are aluminized for exceptional durability.
