Toastmaster TMGM24 Description
Two powerful 20,000-BTU burners are located every 12 inches of the Toastmaster TMGM24 commercial gas griddle's width. Each burner on this unit is controlled by a fourth-turn valve, giving cooks direct control over burner flame intensity. Because the controls can be used to adjust the heat between low and high without specific temperatures, they're best for experienced cooks who know exactly what level of heat is required for each food. With two valves, cooks can create a heat gradient across the surface of the griddle to cook different dishes simultaneously.
The Toastmaster TMGM24 commercial griddle's 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate heats evenly across its surface and recovers that heat quickly, making it a good choice for spontaneous orders. Its plate has been polished to an ultra-smooth finish to release sticky foods for easy cleaning. Overall, it has a 24-inch-wide cook zone, and its total dimensions are 24 inches wide by 27 13⁄16 inches deep by 15 17⁄32 inches high. Built for durability, it includes a stainless steel front panel, bull-nose front, and grease drawer.
