Hobart LXER-1 Description
Using only 0.62 gallons of water per rack, the Hobart LXER-1 Advansys dishwasher can clean 30 racks per hour on its light wash setting. For more soiled wares, it features normal and heavy wash cycles, and operators can adjust the settings using top-mounted controls. A low-chemical indicator alerts users when replenishment is needed. As an undercounter model, this unit holds 20-inch by 20-inch racks and measures 23 15⁄16 inches wide by 26 13⁄16 inches deep by 32 1⁄2 inches high.
Built to support high-volume use, the Hobart LXER-1 undercounter dishwasher features a deep-drawn stainless steel tank and a corrosion-resistant pump. A stainless steel scrap screen traps food debris, and it can be removed, rinsed off, and replaced. To optimize sanitation and performance, it’s equipped with a dirty-water indicator and a sensor that detects clogs in the wash arm. Upon shutdown, it executes an automatic wash cycle of the machine’s interior. This unit fills automatically and features an automatic pumped drain to remove water after each cycle.
