Carter-Hoffmann O8609 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann O8609 sheet pan rack is mobile on its four 5-inch swivel casters, and its horizontal stabilizing bars reinforce it to prevent it from buckling. Constructed of aluminum, this unit is heavy duty and corrosion resistant. It accepts nine 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and the tray slides are 5 1⁄16 inches apart and ribbed to prevent pans from sliding off.
