The independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers of the Bakers Pride Y-802BL double deck pizza oven ensure consistent, balanced cooking results. To provide durability, this oven's legs are finished with Bakertone, and powered by natural gas, it has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
