Wells RWN-1 Description
Using precise thermostatic controls, staff can adjust the temperature of the Wells RWN-1 warming drawer between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. As a narrow, freestanding model, it measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 5⁄16 inches deep by 14 7⁄8 inches high. This stainless steel unit resists rust and corrosion and can withstand use in demanding settings.
To minimize temperature loss and optimize food quality, the Wells RWN-1 drawer warmer is fully insulated—ideal for holding bulk batches of meats, vegetables, and dinner rolls before they're served. It features a single drawer that includes one standard 6-inch-deep food pan. The drawer has a self-latching mechanism and an adjustable front vent to release excess moisture, preventing crispy products from becoming soggy.
