The Wells RW-1HD 208 drawer warmer keep foods, like breads, potatoes, vegetables, and more, hot and safe until you are ready to serve them. The drawer accepts all standard 12-inch-by-20-inch pans that are up to 6 inches deep. This drawer has controls that allow you to switch between dry heat and warm, moist heat depending on what you are holding. Heat is kept inside the drawer since the warmer is fully insulated and has reinforced construction. There is a vent on the front of the drawer that allows you to control the humidity level inside so you can keep food from becoming soggy. The durable stainless steel tracks and bearings make the Wells RW-1HD 208 drawer warmer has smoother operation.
