Designed to warm bread, tortilla chips, dinner rolls, and baked potatoes, this Wells RW-16HD built-in drawer warmer is a single-drawer unit that can generate temperatures between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit for extended holding periods. Its front vent can be adjusted to control humidity for various contents, while its fully insulated cabinet preserves heat. This drawer includes a 12-inch by 20-inch pan and accommodates eight dozen dinner rolls for low- and medium-volume settings.
The Wells RW-16HD warming drawer unit's drawer is furnished with durable stainless steel tracks and bearings for streamlined opening and closing. This heavy-duty model features a reinforced stainless steel construction that accommodates heavier contents and resists rust and corrosion to preserve its original appearance.
