Wells MOD-400 Description
The Wells MOD-400 drop-in hot food well can be a valuable addition to catering or buffet services, as it provides staff with four wells that can each hold a 12-inch by 20-inch food pan. This unit can keep buffet items, such as beans, rice, tortillas, stir-fries, and side dishes, warm with its infinite controls that are recessed on a drawn, front-mounted control panel. For versatile operation, each well is individually controlled. To provide durability and corrosion resistance, this unit has a one-piece stainless steel flange and stainless steel warming pans. To keep food items at consistent temperatures during use, this unit is fully insulated on all sides. This unit requires a water connection to operate, though it can be used for dry operation.
