BM-200 stainless steel 2 qt pot

I bought this 2 quart Bain Maire pan to make a camping stove, not to use it for a restaurant-related task. One this size will burn about a pound of hardwood pellets for 3 or 4 hours providing excellent and smoke-free cooking. Stainless steel will last just about forever for this purpose, versus a regular carbon steel that will burn out after only a dozen uses. Its a great bargain and a terrific value! (Of course, some work must be done before it will work as a lightweight portable camp stove, but to begin with you get the best parts made of the best materials and put them together. Another smaller pot will fit as an insert for the fire-chamber with the proper vent and draft holes.) This is a great pot, just the prefect size, and I'm sure it would last through a long service life if I used it as a Bain Marie. The only thing I wouldn't do is have it shipped via UPS. I'd prefer to have it delivered using USPS or FedEX.
