Just what I wanted
I live in an apartment with a very small kitchen and hidden behind the kitchen door is a pantry with no shelves except one about a foot from the ceiling. I made some makeshift shelves in the closet that I used for the longest time which never worked out for me. I had been thinking of getting a cart like this for many years to put my stand mixer, food processor, bowls, flours, and baking pans and so I wouldn't have to bend over and dig them out from under the counter cabinets. Well the pot falling on my toe helped me make up my mind I finally bought this cart. Now when I am ready to bake I roll the cart out, set what I need on the counter and roll the cart back in the closet until I am ready to put everything away. Works like a dream, no more searching The only problem now is I find myself baking more bread and pastries I'm gaining weight.
Love this cart!
The only thing I would add to this cart is a wheel lock but other than that, I'm completely in love! It's sturdy, quiet, light weight, and is so versatile! It's easy to assemble and cleans up quick (important since I use it for catering).
