Lang 148T Description
Easing cleaning, the Lang 148T electric countertop griddle has an 8-quart grease drawer with a marine latch and removable sleeve. Its adjustable legs are 4 inches long and can be bolted down to prevent shifting or tipping. For durability, the unit’s heating elements are incoloy sheathed and pressure clamped to the plate’s bottom. This griddle is made of stainless steel, enabling it to resist rust in high-volume applications, and it can be set to temperatures from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of polished steel, the griddle plate is 1-inch thick and safe in high-temperature use during extended periods.
The Lang 148T electric griddle is controlled thermostatically and provides users with individual mechanical controls every 12 inches, creating varying temperature zones. Hot grease is blocked from striking surrounding surfaces by the unit’s 5 1⁄2-inch-tall back and side splashes, while its 3 1⁄2-inch-wide front grease trough collects runoff and directs it to the unit’s grease drawer. Accommodating as much as 8 quarts of used grease, the drawer features an enclosed, removable sleeve for quick cleanup without spills.
