Lang 124SC Description
A great option for smaller locations, the Lang 124SC electric griddle is a countertop unit with a cooking surface measuring 24 inches wide by 23 inches deep. To resist rust and corrosion during exposure to heat, salt, and moisture, the unit is made of durable stainless steel, and its griddle plate is polished chrome to streamline cleaning and minimize stuck-on food. This unit comes ready for hard wiring and can be field converted to integrate with several types of electrical connection.
Containing hot grease splashes and protecting surrounding surfaces from splatter, the Lang 124SC electric countertop griddle has back and side splashes that stand 5 1⁄2 inches tall. At the unit’s front is a full-width grab bar and a full-width grease trough measuring 3 1⁄2 inches wide. Its control knobs are mounted on a regressed panel, protecting them from wear and impact, and the control compartment is fully enclosed. For simplified cleaning, the grease drawer has a removable sleeve.
