The Town 56918 RiceMaster electric rice warmer has the capacity for 23 quarts of rice, and it is ideal for establishments who often offer rice with meals, such as for Asian dishes, sushi, or Korean barbeque. Keeping rice above 150 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as 12 hours, this Town 56918 rice warmer maintains rice freshness with its insulated body and stainless steel cover. The removable, Teflon-coated aluminum pot is sealed by a cover that contains a pilot lamp. This unit's elements are controlled thermostatically and do not work well for rethermalization. Unlike stainless steel options, this unit's exterior has a woodgrain finish that provides a rustic look.
