The Town 56916S RiceMaster rice cooker keeps product hot and servable from any location, and to ensure rice freshness, it has an insulated body and a hinged stainless steel cover. This unit holds cooked rice at temperatures above 150 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as 12 hours. Its cover has a pilot lamp and snugly seals onto the inner, Teflon-coated aluminum pot.
