The Town 34728 Cantonese wok is hand hammered of steel and designed for traditional stir-frying applications. It features two riveted metal loop handles that provide a stable grip while lifting or repositioning. Measuring 28 inches in diameter, the pan fits a 22-inch chamber and follows the general guideline of selecting a wok 2 to 4 inches larger than the cooking ring.
