Works great perfect size
Bought this for a gift after loving mine so much!
I love to cook on cast iron and am so happy to have this size and shape for the oven! I can blast the heat to over 450-500 to beautifully roast steaks, chicken and salmon, plus I never have to worry abt cast iron breaking like I do with glass or ceramic casseroles. The size is perfect for 2-4 portions and cleans and stores easily. I've got the smaller one too, for broiling and cooking in toaster oven. I got the silicone trivet too, looks cool and functions perfectly for both sizes; the smaller griddle fits inside it, but the large griddle can be placed on top of it. Makes the hot griddles a lot easier to handle.

This serving griddle is not big enough for a porterhouse steak. I didn't realize there was a larger size, when I spoke to a customer service representative he did not mention that fact. So now I'm stuck with 2 plates that I can't use. I was sent return instructions which is where I found out there's a 25 percent restocking charge on all returned items, plus the plates are cast iron and postage would be expensive.
I would love to buy more of these again in the near future.
