Featuring solid state electronic controls with a VFD display, the American Panel AP3BCF30-1-P HURRiCHiLL™ reach-in blast chiller/shock freezer provides clear cycle updates and alarm notifications. Its R290-powered, self-contained system requires manual defrosting and pairs with polyurethane insulation to maintain temperatures from -40 to 25 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed to chill 30 pounds of product from 160 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in 105 minutes, it incorporates a food probe for accurate internal readings. Measuring 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 25 7⁄8 inches deep by 36 inches high, this stainless steel unit rests on 6-inch adjustable legs and accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
