Eagle Group AWT5-NG Description
To withstand high-volume serving applications, the Eagle Group AWT5-NG hot food table's body and top are made of highly polished, 20-gauge, 430 series stainless steel, which resists corrosion and ensures durability. The top is lined with five openings that each accommodate a 12-inch by 20-inch food pan, and to streamline food preparation, an 8-inch-wide by 1⁄2-inch-thick polycarbonate cutting board is built into the server's side of the unit. Galvanized tubing legs are fitted with non-marking plastic feet that can be adjusted to prevent rocking on uneven surfaces. Designed for cafeterias and dining halls, this table measures 79 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 34 1⁄2 inches high.
By using straight-flow, tubular-type burners, the Eagle Group AWT5-NG steam table's wells heat quickly. They're made of aluminized steel for durability, and they're heated with natural gas. This configuration warms the 20-gauge, 304 stainless steel water pan to create steam, which warms product evenly and is less likely to burn foods than dry equipment. After use, water can be expelled from the water pan's 1 1⁄2-inch-diameter brass drain to streamline cleanup.
