Gold Medal 8066 Description
The Gold Medal 8066 electric funnel cake fryer is designed to make three funnel cakes at a time. It's a great choice for use at a fairground, sporting event, or in a concession stand, and it fits on countertops to take up minimal space in a crowded environment. Made of stainless steel, this durable fryer resists rust, corrosion, dents, and warping. It's 23 inches wide, 26 inches deep, and 10 1⁄2 inches high.
The 3-inch-high tank of the Gold Medal 8066 funnel cake fryer accommodates as much as 20 pounds of oil. For temperature changes, the tubular heating element can be adjusted using a dial control. The powerhead is removable to streamline cleaning, and the drain's safety plug prevents accidental loss of oil or product. In the case of emergencies, this unit is fitted with an emergency stop button.
