Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 Description
With the Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 charbroiler's floating steel rod grate, the rods can contract and expand as necessary, mitigating potential heat warps. If desired, its stainless steel radiants are swappable with a coals kit. Mounted above the control knobs is a 6-inch work shelf that can be used to finish a burger or steak after grilling it.
The Magikitch'n FM-RMB-648 commercial charbroiler provides 105,000 BTU of heat with its 10 burners. Each burner is operable on its own, enabling chefs to set their own cooking zones. This charbroiler has an open-base cabinet, which can be used to store ingredient bins and food boxes. With adjustable legs, it can be configured to sit balanced on uneven floors.
