Vollrath 90452 Description
The Vollrath 90452 Super Pan 3® fourth-size steam pan has a 1.6-quart capacity and 2-inch depth. Measuring 6 3⁄8 inches long by 10 7⁄16 inches wide, it works well in food bars for holding salad toppings and side dishes. To support heavy use, the pan has reinforced corners, and the spout-shaped design enables smooth pouring. The bend-resistant edges are flattened, so users can comfortably grip the pan while carrying it.
