Measuring 6 3⁄8 inches by 10 7⁄16 inches, the Vollrath 90412 Super Pan 3® fourth-size steam pan is perfect for holding side dishes and toppings for salads. It can hold 1.2 quarts and has a 1 1⁄2-inch depth. The stainless steel construction is strong and easy to clean, and durability is improved by the bend-resistant edges and reinforced corners. Made with stacking lugs, the pan will not get stuck when stacked with other pans.
