Vollrath 9024420 Description
The Vollrath 9024420 Super Pan® half-size Gastronorm food pan has a depth of 4 inches and holds 5.9 quarts of food. Suitable for use in salad bars and hot steam tables, it's made of black resin that can withstand heat as high as 375 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure users can remove the pan from a stack without sticking to other similar units, it's equipped with stacking lugs.
