SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating is built into the Vollrath 90217 Super Pan 3® half-size food pan's interior to streamline cleaning. Its stainless steel structure is 1 1⁄2 inches deep to hold 2.6 quarts of product, so it's a suitable option for displaying side items. The top-flange corners with concave indentations help reduce spillage over the unit's sides; the flattened edge and framing shoulder stabilize the pan in place on a buffet table. It features a sleek, black material that improves food presentation and withstands temperatures from -20 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
