Vollrath 90017 Description
Sporting a sleek, black material, the Vollrath 90017 Super Pan 3® full-size steam pan offers a neutral background for food presentation on steam and buffet tables. It's made of stainless steel with a black SteelCoat x3™ coating that prevents food from sticking for simplified cleaning. Top-flange corners help minimize spillage, while the reverse-form, flattened edge and framing shoulder secure the pan in place. Overall, its 1 1⁄2-inch-tall structure holds 5.7 quarts of product and tolerates temperatures between -20 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
