Featuring a third-size footprint, the Vollrath 8231120 Miramar® food pan supports compact presentations. It's dishwasher safe for simple cleaning and maintenance in hot and cold service applications. This pan holds 1 9⁄10 quarts and measures 13 1⁄16 inches long by 7 inches wide by 2 1⁄2 inches high. Its rectangular, stainless steel body includes a reflective mirror finish and features a decorative ring-embossed rim.
