The Vollrath 8036420 Super Pan® third-size food pan is built for durability and convenience in cold storage or serving applications. Made of low-temperature black polycarbonate, this 6-inch-deep pan resists cracking and staining while maintaining its shape in busy kitchen environments. It includes top flange corners with concave indentions for safe stacking, and features anti-jamming design, ramped sides, and a reverse form flattened edge to support smooth handling. The reinforced framing shoulder enhances strength, and the pan is fully compatible with Super Pan® V stainless steel models.
