Ideal for side dishes, the Vollrath 70322 Super Pan V® third-size food pan is 2 1⁄2 inches tall and holds 2.6 quarts of product. It's secured in place on a buffet or steam table with its reverse-formed, flattened edges and reinforced pour corners. Its stainless steel construction endures temperatures between -20 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit and is coated with SteelCoat x3™—a nonstick material that prevents product from clinging to the interior. For quick insertion and removal, its streamlined design doesn't jam.
