Vollrath 69444 Description
Made of silicone, the Vollrath 69444 saucepan's handle can be used intermittently in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit and continuously at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its straight sides help reduce splashing, and the top and bottom have a double-thick construction for strength. With a capacity of 4 1⁄2 quarts, the interior measures 7 13⁄16 inches in diameter by 5 13⁄16 inches deep. Because this unit is made of aluminum, it effectively conducts heat to create sauces and cook a variety of foods.
