Vollrath 69442 Description
The Vollrath 69442 saucepan's top and bottom have a double-thick construction for strength, and the whole pan is made of heat-conductive, heavy-duty aluminum for durability. Made of silicone, the TriVent® handle can be continuously used in temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be intermittently used in temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. This 2 1⁄2-quart pan has straight sides that prevent liquid from splashing out, and it can be used to cook vegetables and rice as well as create sauces.
