Vollrath 47490 Description
Keeping moisture, hot air, and heat contained within the pot, the Vollrath 47490 hinged inset cover is designed to be placed on top of an inset pot. In addition to helping maintain cooking processes, this cover preserves life of prepared food. To put some elegance into a serving station, its stainless steel features an appealing mirror finish. A black phenolic knob enables lid opening while lowering the risk of touch burns, and because the lid is hinged, half of it remains closed while product is being served to reduce thermal loss.
