This Vollrath 4 pan countertop convection oven is especially designed for baking breads, muffins, baguettes, pastries, biscuits and more! This countertop convection oven features a stainless steel exterior and interior for easy cleaning and lasting durability. The rounded interior corners and removable shelf runners ensure ease of cleaning as well. The steam injection system is controlled manually for browning pastry and breads. The interior light is fitted as a standard feature and allows you to monitor your food easily through the window.

A bake timer is also included as a standard feature to automatically switch off after a preset period which makes operation and safety hassle free. This stainless steel convection oven bakes your food to perfection with the fan assisted baking process. The custom designed baffle fan ensures that excellent temperature distribution is achieved even when the oven is full to capacity to ensure baking uniformity.
