A steam injector enables users to manually control the humidity and add steam to brown and crisp baked goods. To track the cooking process, operators can set the 120-minute timer, and at the end of a bake cycle, the timer automatically shuts heat off.

The interior and exterior of this Vollrath 40702 countertop convection oven are made of stainless steel—a material that resists rusting and provides durability. Also made of stainless steel, the door is removable for cleaning and stays cool to the touch as the oven is heating. Double-wall insulation is integrated into the oven, retaining heat to maintain the set temperature.
