Bake breads, muffins, pastries and so much more in this Vollrath Primo Pro countertop convection oven. This countertop convection oven is ideal for use in restaurants, confectionaries, coffee shops and catering services. Evenly heat and reconstitute large quantities of frozen and chilled foods and have them taste amazingly fresh!

The stainless steel exterior and interior of this countertop convection oven is easy to clean and highly resistant to corrosion, dents, scratches and stains. The glass door allows you to easily view your foods. The rounded interior corner and removable shelf runners ensure ease of cleaning. Non-tip steel wire chrome plated shelves are also included with this stainless steel convection oven so that you can get started baking right away. The interior light is fitted as a standard feature and allows you to easily view your foods while they bake. The bake timer is also included as a standard feature and automatically switches off after a preset period. This countertop convection oven comes with a grill element which makes it ideal for browning, roasting and grilling.

The oven itself is fan assisted and fitted with a custom designed baffle fan. This ensures that your foods receive excellent temperature distribution even when the oven is at full capacity. This countertop convection oven can accommodate 4 one half sheet pans and has a temperature range of 150 - 570 degrees.
