Its custom baffle fan and diffuser plate provide reliable airflow and cooking conditions. As many as four half-size sheet pans can fit into the interior at once, and for flexibility, this unit has a broiling function. It can bake product at a set level between 150 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and a guard around the knobs prevents accidental temperature changes. When the 120-minute timer runs out, the heat automatically switches off, preventing product from overcooking. When staff are retrieving product, the door stays relatively cool so users do not burn themselves. The clear door and interior light help when users are monitoring cooking food, while the coved-corner stainless steel interior does not catch spills and can be quickly cleaned. The exterior is also made of smooth stainless steel for cleaning. A ventless design liberates the unit from ventilation hoods, so the user can place it where it is most convenient.
