For large applications, the Vollrath 4023 Wear-Ever® sauce pan has a 11 1⁄2-quart capacity. It measures 13 inches in diameter and 5 inches deep, and it has a 3004 aluminum alloy construction for long-term resilience. Users can keep a sturdy grip on the pan with the welded handle, but it’s uninsulated and can get hot during use. Its top edges and bottom have a double-thick structure to withstand high temperatures for extended periods of time.
