Vollrath 39717 Description
The Vollrath 39717 cold food bar meets various needs for portable and effortless integration onto the service floor. Its four wheels come with locking casters to keep it in place, and it has an open base for storage purposes. To further elevate customer self-service experience, its large 60-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 49-inch-tall body with an acrylic breath guard to reduce the transferring of respiratory illnesses and sicknesses. With its matte black display, it can enrich many dining establishments.
In addition to this Vollrath 39717 cold bar's usefulness on the service floor, it also can accommodate a four-pan capacity to display various dishes. For optimal use, each pan goes into this 6-inch-deep well to provide a selection of dishes. This large scale bar is made of 20-gauge carbon steel for useful shock and lasting durability, so it's great in high-intensity establishments.
