Vollrath 39714 Description
The Vollrath 39714 Portable™ cold bar rests atop four casters to assist in transporting dishes while holding them at cold temperatures. It has a durable base that is wrapped in a protective layer of black vinyl and is hollow so dinnerware and utensils can be transported alongside food. This unit has a 6-inch-deep well that can hold up to three pans of food at a time, and it is insulated using a polyurethane foam that reduces the chance of product spoiling.
The Vollrath 39714 rolling food bar includes a breath guard made from 20-gauge stainless steel and clear acrylic panels to allow guests to view food while protecting it from contamination. However, its rear is unguarded to allow staff access to the buffet, so they can retrieve and restock product.
