Vollrath 39713 Description
Designed for preserving cold dishes while being served to patrons, the Vollrath 39713 Portable™ food station has a 6-inch-deep well that accommodates three cold food pans and is insulated with polyurethane foam. It can be rolled across hard surfaces with its four casters which can be locked into place once the destination is reached. To integrate with most dining room themes, its solid base is coated in a black vinyl finish which also protects it from damage.
The Vollrath 39713 cold food bar includes a cafeteria-style breath guard that can be installed on top of the unit. This guard is made from 20-gauge steel with clear acrylic panels, that protect food while offering patrons an uninhibited view. It's slightly offset towards the front of the unit, allowing a service worker to stand behind the workstation and prepare customers' orders right in front of them.
