Engineered to support self-serve dining applications, the Vollrath 3892646 utility station is designed with a buffet-style food shield to protect food from contaminants. Its top is made of 300 series 20-gauge stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance and expedite cleaning. For additional durability, it features a solid carbon steel base. So that operators can wheel it through a dining hall or event venue, it's furnished with four 4-inch swivel casters. Overall, this unit measures 46 inches wide by 39 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches high.
