Vollrath 38704 Description
To make the Vollrath 38704 food bar mobile, it’s mounted on four-inch casters. The casters swivel to take sharp turns, and two of them have brakes to secure the unit when it’s in use. To attract customers' eyes, the base has black vinyl cladding, which also offers protection and durability for the 20-gauge carbon steel construction. The top is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion, and it has a seamless construction that won’t harbor debris, which could grow microbes.
The Vollrath 38704 mobile food bar has a breath guard that protects product from contamination while still providing access to product.
