Vollrath 3803 Description
Made of stainless steel, the Vollrath 3803 Optio™ saucepan resists corrosion, flavor transfer, and discoloration; this material also contains iron so it can be used with induction equipment. To increase durability, the handle is welded on the side of the pan, and a cover is included to keep heat inside the pot. The pan has a 4-quart capacity that's great for making sauces, soups, and other liquid-based products.
